Animate a Data Story Final Project

Create a Hans Rosling animated bubble chart from the World Bank data chart.

The animation should work to replicate a Hans Rosling animated bubble chart.

The chart specification should specify a value for each of the following:

• X values
• Y values
• Name
• Color
• Time field
• Series to connect with line

A value should be specified for each of these. The bubble chart should include an appropriate column choice that reflects the story narrative.

Create a new Flourish Story out of the Hans Rosling chart.

The Flourish story should include text tabs in the top navigation bar to showcase the storyline.

The Flourish story should include multiple tiles.

Students should include a legend, and a minimum of 3 navigation tiles.

Story title should include necessary information about the author, source and tool.

The story title page should include all the details to help inform the viewer with some background information about the author of the story, where they got the data from and which tool they used.

Story has an audio track.

The story should include a script or a variant of the story that is captured on the audio track.

The interactive story should include annotations and descriptions so the viewer can understand the story with the presented Flourish story.

The story should include correct formatting and textual descriptions (including story title, chart title).
